Q. If I contact you to chat about what help I am looking for, will that incur a charge from you?

A. Absolutely not. I won’t know if I can help you unless we chat about the issues you may be having. So no, seeing if I can be of help is absolutely free. Just ping me an email and let’s chat.

Q. I need some help with my project, but I am concerned the cost of getting help will be too much. Especially at this moment in time. It’s a catch 22.

A. I hear you. I like to work with, and help, genuine, honest people. So I am keeping this very simple. If I am able to, and agree to, help you with your Access issues, then you can either set your own affordable price or if you are able to,simply consider making a donation. It is that easy.

Q. Do I have to commit to a long term contract with you?

A. No, not at all. The range of support allows for small individual tasks. So there is no fear of having to commit to anything more than what you need to help you with your project.

Q. Do I have to buy your products to get Technical Support or Help?

A. Definitely not. The idea is to help you with your projects to get you up and running. So if you have a Database or other Access Project on the go and you need some advice or support, I will work with you to do just that.

Q. Do I have to pay to view your videos or to use the content in my project?

A. No. They are free and and if the ideas and code you see me use helps you, then feel free to use it how you want. Totally free, no catches.

Q. When I view your video, it is small and blurred and I cannot see what you are doing.

A. I use Rumble to host my videos. Sometimes the platform doesn't default to the highest quality settings. If you view the small instruction video on the Demonstration Page above the list of topics, that will show you how to adjust the quality. It is very quick and very easy to do. That will solve the issue for you and you will have a better viewing experience.
